13 1/2″ Vinyl Romanian Woman from Hiatus Banat in the Western Plains of Romania. The seller received as a gift from a friend who was in the diplomatic service and worked in Romania in the 1990’s. I purchased in 2008 from the seller who was from Berea. Ohio.
