16″ Vinyl Velma Kelly from “All That Jazz” Collection by Robert Tonner. The Collection is based on characters from the movie ” Chicago”. Velma is wearing ” I Can’t Do It Alone” costume. I purchased the doll in 2014 from a seller in Decatur, Michigan and the costume from a seller in Avinger, Texas. One of the appeals of this doll is she reminds me of Miss Phryne Fisher from the mystery series written by Australian Author, Kerry Greenwood.
