In the Collector’s Encyclopedia of Barbie the following description is given on the doll:” Celebrity Collection Elizabeth Taylor 2000 Father of the Bride recreates the glamorous satin and lace wedding gown worn by Elizabeth Taylor in the movie. Her fitted lace and satin bodice is complemented by a full satin skirt, split in front to reveal a delicate lace under-skirt. She wears a floor-length tulle veil with scalloped lace trim, and she holds a bouquet of white flowers. White faux pearl drop earrings, a golden wedding ring painted on her left hand, and shoes complete her ensemble.”
