18 1/2″ Composition Patsy Ann by Effanbee Doll Company. The doll originally belonged to the Patterson Family, who were neighbors of my Aunt, Pat Nelson in Downers Grove, Illinois. The doll was given to my aunt for her granddaughter and later given to me in 2010. According to my aunt, the doll was Mrs. Patterson’s childhood doll and she believes it dates back to the 1930’s.
I had the doll restored by Mary Ann Pizzolato at the Doll Hospital in Spring, Texas in 2011.
