7″ Wooden 2018 Hemi Harvest Kachinas by Fran Yazzie #122,279. I purchased the doll from the Southwest Indian Foundation in Gallup, New Mexico.
The dolls came with the following information:” Hemis Harvest: Rhythmic and graceful, represents happiness brought by a successful harvest, symbol of abundance and fertility. This doll was handmade in the USA by the Dine (Navajo) people. Written on the base is the doll’s name, artist signature and their tribal number. This purchases allows native American to continue to be employed in their trades.”
I purchased the dolls directly from the Southwest Indian Foundation Gift Catalog in 2018.
