8″ Cloth Carrie Nations by Kimport Dolls. The doll was issued in the 1940’s for their State Doll Series. Ms. Nations represented Kansas and she has her famous hatchet in her hand. I purchased the doll in 2009 from a seller in Framingham, Massachusetts.
