16″ Vinyl Jane by Robert Tonner. This a Club Collector Doll that was offered to members in 2003. The Jane doll was originally a child style doll but was re-issued as an adult. The doll was not dressed but could wear the clothing for other Tonner fashion dolls.
The dress she is wearing is actually purple but photographs blue and is a dress for the Franklin Mint vinyl “Princess Diana” Doll. The following information was provided on the gown:” This vivid Versace in the rich color of this simple long crepe shift dress, with cutaway shoulderline and notched V-neckline, looked dynamite on Di… She wore the gown on a visit to Chicago in June, 1996.”
