13″ Hard Plastic Snow Flake Doll. Originally the doll belonged to Jo-Claire Hall. Jo-Claire received the doll in 2000 from one of her students. The Doll is programmed to speak phrases about the weather when it’s button is activated . I received the doll in 2014.
