Three 13″ Cloth Dolls from Nigeria. The women are dressed as Igbo and the man as a Yobura. The lady in blue is wearing a ‘kua ‘ba doll on her back. ( The ‘kua ‘ba doll is a carved wooden fertility symbol.)
The original owner purchased 40 years ago (1969) in Nigeria. I would purchase the dolls in 2009 from a seller in Moscow, Idaho.
